A large development site in the heart of Lewes. The site was acquired in joint venture with the local authority. Planning was successfully achieved for the phased development of 416 residential units, 12,077 sqm of commercial space, associated retail space, a health centre, and 6,038 sqm of industrial space.
The group acted for the client to obtain a commercially viable mixed-use planning consent in a sensitive location, working in conjunction with the local authority. Overseeing the subsequent management of the implementation of the development and eventual disposal of land.
