Mixed-use Development

Multi-award winning mixed-use development, completed in 2019, comprising of; 15,000 sqm Grade A office, 400 hotel keys (2 Whitbread hotels & 1 Adagio apart-hotel), 28 retail units, and 148 residential units.
The group acted for the funding partner and oversaw management of the site assembly and revision of the strategic masterplan of a key city centre redevelopment opportunity, which is a designated UNESCO world heritage site. Working with multiple public and private stakeholders to deliver a commercially viable planning consent and subsequent phased construction, letting, and disposal of the scheme.
