The group delivered the sale and leaseback of the newly developed logistics unit, acquired for the defensive nature of the income and the opportunity to acquire a sought after asset in the swiss logistics sector. Managed the development to extend the existing unit by 50%, which was delivered on time prior to the subsequent disposal of the asset for the client.
